It's fathers day here in England this was the piece I wrote to be read out at his funeral. Happy fathers day to you all. Cherish both parents you never know how long they will be here for
POEM FOR MY DAD

Heaven has an Angel, they've taken in our Dad. There's one more star to see at night, that just leaves us sad.
No more stories shall he tell of mad and crazy things. Gone will be his laughter and the happiness it brings.
No more sitting by the waters edge waiting for a bite, you swapped you're Rod forg Angels wings ans now you've taken flight.
You taught us so many things, we think of you and cry, but you never told us what to do, once you said goodbye.
A Father, Granddad, Legend some names that you have had, but we will love you always. Simply known as Dad.
