Yes i tried to sleep... like many other nights .... im just not having it apparently. 

Weirdly my brain has shut off but sleep eludes me still. 

Stupid sleep pattern going all screwy

Its 4am and still wide awake ... but can i get up even at 10am ... erm... nope. 

It will be zzzz until about 2pm 

Then im stuck like this at 4am

 

Yeah i did it to myself  ..... be a great way to get stuff done while its quiet at night...

SirsBabyDoll​(sub female){Pizza+☕} - Goto youtube and try any of the "black screen sleep" videos.....I prefer thunderstorms. It may be that your brin needs to be "distracted". You can also try thing melatonin. Start out at a low dose (this will take several days to do). Take the lowest dose you can and every other day, increase it by half a tablet, cutting the tablets if needed. You will find your "sweet spot". Mine is 10 mg.

Melatonin is the brains natural chemical that helps you GET to sleep, it doesn't keep you asleep....keep that in mind if you wake up.
