Thoughts From A New Me

     "I Am A Roller-Coaster On Steroids" 

I know, That I ware my feelings on my sleeve, and all, can see how I am feeling. 

So this is to say, even in my happiest of times, NOT ALL, is okay. 

But it's NOT All Bad Either. 😄 

I Myself, Am A roller-coaster... 

I feel, I get scared, I get antsy, and I blow sh--  out of proportion. 

I am me.

I have depression, and so much more. 

I don't always controll everything in the proper, and or  correct way. 

But I try, and I try hard. 

It's NOT All easy. 

And, NOT All Fun And Games Either. 

All involved are Human. 

And, I am "NO EASY TASK". 

Does NOT Mean, That My Life Is Shit. 

Quite The Opposite... 

My Head Spins.  

Then, I Have To Take Time To Realign Myself. 

Fix My Thinking.

To Be Able, To Make Since Of It All.  

So here is to Feelings.

My roller-coaster of feelings. 

The twist, and turns, from one moment to the next, of my crazy, Alice In Wonderland. 

Down The Rabbit Hole ,Theme Park.

When life gives you lemons, you often focus on the mundane things to even out what you are "Not" receiving through relationships in all areas of life. 

Yet, when you find yourself in a relationship that values you, and fulfills you.

That is when you have the sweetest nectar, the best lemonade you have ever tasted, or could imagine possible. 

So to clarify... 

When getting all you need through relationships, and from the people who are apart of your life. 

You find that You Don't Need, the mundane things that used to be crucial in an average relationship, in order to find happiness, and peace. 

This in itself is life changing. 

Happiness truly is in the people around you, and how you treat one another. 

Less about all the flavors in-between. 

The mind is a wonderous thing. 

With the mind and treatment of another, you need not a body but only the heart and soul.

Remembering You... 

It is so easy to forget ones self.

To allow life to run amok, to take over, and lessen ones experience and accomplishments. 

To easy to forget who you are, and all that you have been through to get to where you are now. 

Here is, to remembering you. 

You are a child of love and ambition. 

You are a growing being with hopes and dreams. 

You are a young adult full of life, and made of strong blood. 

And you need to remember how strong you really are. 

Because life is fierce, wicked, full of wonder, and heart ache. 

Growing through the years, withstanding loss, love, betrayal, loyalty. 

A Warrior in every since of the word. 

And you survived each and every obstacle put in your path. 

Made to hinder you, and eat at you and destroy who you are. 

Made to take the beauty of who you are, and crush it. 

You are a survivor. 

You are beautiful despite all the ugly thrown at you.

And made more despite it.  

You are you. 

Worthy and worth all that amazing opportunities that one can have in this life. 

Countinue to remember you

Only then can another see the value you hold and contribute.
