MsDove​(sub female){Eternal Pi} - Cheers to you! Isn't it striking that you "suddenly" have nails? I had a similar experience years ago. Came home from a trip and had nails! It's alot to stop smoking too! My brother had a pack a day (plus) and he stopped by very slowly decreasing nicotine by vaping. Took it really slow. Part of the habit is nicotine, but the other is having something in your mouth and hands. He still vapes, but no nicotine for 5 years. Best to you!

Ohhh, and the thrill that I looked down and like magic, I had nails.
Was exhilarating and crazy, really.
But it's as if a light bulb went off an explosion of sorts.
And now, out of nowhere, I have no desire to bite my nails at all.
Odd, but I will take it.
Now for the no smoking, and can we add in there some other things, I would love, love, love, to all of a sudden have at hand.
Oh idk mabey, to be fit, energetic, ocd on cleaning, to be a whole lot less talkative, and less mouthy.
