Holidays..

I hate the holidays. People running around, merry and joyus.

I hate how frenzied people get. It triggers my anxiety.

I hate how everyone wishes me a happy holiday, they don't know, but it won't happen.

I will cry today, not just once but multiple times.

This is grief. This is mourning. This is pain.

I hate the holidays.

SirsBabyDoll(sub female){Pizza+☕} - While Thanksgiving is THE holiday for me, Christmas (and the entire month of December) is my grieving month. It's the month that I lost my daughter, brother, and father. It's the month that I always associate 'Shame' with. It's the one month where it always seems that I can never make my bills so I can never spend on presents. It's the month that always makes me feel like a failure, as a person and as a parent.

You aren't alone. I think everyone had "that month". (((Hugs)))

You're allowed to be a Grinch if that's how you feel. You have that right.

Cello Trance{for You} - Oh man. I am so sorry. I definitely hear you though. It's so possible to feel pain and loneliness while all around you is at least on the surface, joyous festivities. I live this too. I think we all have to some degree
