Tersely Pertinent

This blog is a place for me to post things to get them out of my head.

My writings give a hint of the way I view the lifestyle, both good and bad.

My projects give my hands something to do, when my writing fails me.

Recently, I had a local lifestyle friend wanting to sell off some of his excess things.    So looking around, I found a set of leather/vinyl wrist and ankle cuffs.    He also had this nifty set of slim shackles.  Also wrist and ankles.  So me being me, my tinker brain started winding and thought they would go well with my interrogation chair.

The main problem was how to get the shackles to connect to the wood frame of the chair.     Then it hit me:

Magnets!

So I went online and found these 130 # pull ones and screwed them into the arms and legs of the chair:

Now the shackles didn't have the metal content I was thinking, so made a bit of an addition so it would work with the magnet and this is what I ended up with:

Currently, I am using a cotter pin (it really isn't a cotter pin, but that is what I call it) to keep the shackle locked.   I may go get some small padlocks, but want try the pins first for safety.    The shackle itself can be separated from the chair with a really hard pull.    But looks rather intimidating, don't it?

I decided to see if I could do the same kind of idea with the leather cuffs I first put on.    A couple of fender washers and, Voilà:

In the end, I got both wrist shackles and one leather cuff attached, but then ran out of fender washers.   Guess I need another trip out to the hardware store.     Here is the almost completed chair.     It looks fun, doesn't it!

So it has been some time since I have worked on any of my BDSM projects.    Life and non interest has been keeping from starting anything new or even finishing up anything.  However, my fuck machine was close and I was at the hardware store, so got the few pieces I needed.

So now it is all together and works.    The stool is not stable enough to keep from rocking on high power, but a foot on the step will keep it in place while it runs.    Guess if I ever find a Testor to stick the end of it into, I will find out how really functional it is:

So this came in the mail today:

I have been wanting a Fuck Machine for awhile, but didn't want drop the kind of cash everyone was asking for one.

However, looking in a toy building forum on Fet,  a guy showed this linear actuator that made work for a Fuck Machine.

After playing around with it for awhile,  I started on an Oak box to house it.

I'll post the final results later

So I got me a new little bitch in my life!

Everyone, Meet Molly:

Cute lil cunt, isn't she?

(gives great head as you can see)

Been needing someone to help me model this new project I have been working on.  Since I created my Steampunk flogger, I had some leftover bling and thought it might look nice on a collar.   I also had a great deal of of the fabric leftover and thought it might go well with the bling.

Starting with a 2 inch wide section of my yak leather, I covered it with my velvet and got this:

(yes, I didn't cut the leather straight.   It was an experiment and didn't do it right)

I chose what bling I wanted and put some screw posts though them:

The main problem I had was figuring out how to close the collar around the neck.  I looked up collars online and saw some that tied in the back with a bit of leather string.    That, of course, required grommets.   The problem lay in the fact I never worked with grommets before.

But when has trying something new ever stopped me, huh.

So off to the hobby store and got 3/8" grommets and the tools to apply them and here is that result:

Annnnnnnnnnnd  the first two I put in backwards.   But at least it was a learning experience, right?   So I laid out and placed the gears where they needed to go, screwing them in from the back.   The main problem was I needed something bright for right in the middle.   Something colorful.  I thought "why not a rose?"

Found one online and thought it would be perfect!  Bright red, looks great and is cheap!

This will teach me to read the full ad when ordering.

What I thought was 2 inches wide was 20 mm, or .75 inch.

But never fear, I got 5 of them in the order and made it work:

Molly was gracious enough to let me slip it around her neck to show it off when it was finally completed:

Now during this small shoot, Molly got a bit uppity and had to be shown who was the boss around here:

If she behaves herself, I may let her out in a day or so.

Probably 2.

(Sorry, no vid on this one)

With things still cold outside, I decided to go downstairs and do a bit of cleaning in the work room.   All my projects have been finished up (I just completed one which you will see later) and it was time to put the tools back where they belonged.    Course this means finding some new homes for things and moving other things to around.   While doing that, I came across this:

That is my Mr. Penis mold.   Bought it years and years ago and, quite frankly, forgot where it was.   Like most men my age, I knew I had my Penis, but was unsure where it was.    But now it is time to have some fun with it!    Its made of silicone and is very pliable.     Although it isn't all that big:

But it still stands tall after all this time in storage:

Of course it is hollow:

In the past, I have used a multitude of  materials in it.   Soap, water, even chocolate.     Here is a soap dick I must have made and forgotten about.    Probably should melt it down and try again.    I think the soap is old though:

I don't remember when I made this one, or the reason why I made it.    Usually in the past, I have made different colored ones using food dye.     The soap is safe for vaginal and anal cleaning  though.     Used to make presents of them to subs in a group I used to hang out with in St. Louis.    The chocolate ones were a hit too!

Currently, I have it filled with water (ice play anyone?) and outside on my deck.   The temp is 17 with a high of 21.   Will check on it tomorrow and see how it sets up.

On Going Readers of this Blog may remember I decided to get all fancy and make

a flogger on the Steampunk theme.

(for those that missed that post, Click here )

I also teased the beginnings of a carry box for it.

Here is the completed box.

Sorry about all the pics but it was an interesting project!

I started off with a cheap wood decorative Chinese made box from Amazon:

(Didn't have to pay the tariff since this was an Amazon return)

Made sure the flogger was going to fit:

The first thing needed done was replace the ugly ass hinges:

With these:

The new brass hinges worked much better and, of course, looks nicer than the originals.

Even from the inside:

Then I wanted to snazz things up a bit so added brass corners as feet to the base of the box:

(the wood has a fake trim that I didn't want to risk taking off so capped the corners over it.  I didn't do a real good job, so the box does not sit level but close enough)

So that being done,

I thought this thing could use a little more brass:

And this cheap ass ugly bastard just had to go:

But with what, you may ask?

That's Right!   More Brass:

The finishing touch was to put some batting in the bottom interior and cover it up with

some green velvet.

(the wife had some handy, so didn't have to buy new)

Now my Steampunk has a nice new home:

Plus the obligatory vid clip with my bad camera work and narrating:

So Today,

the last day of the year

Blue Meanie's glue fully cured and was ready for a stress test:

All the falls remained in place and was quite happy with the thuddy feel to it.

40 falls in all with the hide being lambskin.

The only problem I seemed to have run into was the top of the handle fogged a bit from the use of superglue.   So won't make the mistake again.

Here it is under a black light:

I also got some new LEDs!

While they shed more light, they are physically bigger, so having a small problem with my rubber stoppers being fully on.   Had to remove the metal loop for the video below:

Just a small update

Got the the falls cut

40 falls and all

16 inches long

1/2 in wide

Now comes the fun part

Gluing them in

Oh joy

Here is the finished project:

I've decided to call it my Will O' Wisp

as it is a very light flogger.

Around 30 falls of Metallic Goat skin

which is very light, coupled with a 1 inch

Acrylic handle

It makes for a very fast moving flogger with a very sharp

Bite.

I think this is my favorite one thus far:

Here is bit of the flogger in action:

Sorry to be clogging up the blog posts this morning, but not sleeping has also given me the opportunity to finish up a project I have been putting off for awhile.    This is what I call  The Bear Claw:

The head was given to me as an anniversary present.  It is super soft up to the chrome claws at the top. It was created by good friend who made a good deal of my leather toys.  The bad part is he never did understand how handles should work.

So I ended up wanting to replace the original handle with this:

I can not wait to give it a try out!
