I think #1 is definitely a lie, and if there is a second lie it is #3. Knowing the words doesn't make the statement more truthful.
(ex: paleontologists carbon-dated a trident found in an underwater volcano that conclusively proves the first cavemen regularly threw fondue parties using melted cheese made from the breast milk of lactating male dinosaurs. See - that was a lie.)
