I had an interaction that started out fine but then ended because of unprovoked/unwanted opinions.
I published a post about pet names to get others opinions, which were great and I thank you for commenting/sharing!
My reasoning for this was because I have a certain level of comfort with being called pet names. I am ok with what I consider the everyday “harmless” ones, such as hun and sweetheart. My comfort level stops at babygirl, little one, babydoll, little girl, etc. In my opinion, those names are for when you have entered into a mutual agreement about what you would like to be called or are in a dynamic with a Dom/Domme. I asked if the individual could call me by my name rather than a pet name. Said individual gets partially upset and says that we are not a match. In my head, I was like ok totally fine. Some people just don’t click and who can be mad at that, NOT ME.
What he proceeds to add is that he can spot a submissive from a mile away and I am not one. He then says I am more of a Domme and should try that route. That is where I drew the line because it was rude and uncalled for. So you based your unwanted opinion off of me asking you not to call me “little one,” hmmm ok.
Some people just make me laugh
