The Culture that has been here all the time

When I studied to acquire my Master's status I discovered the M/S relationship existed probably for all the history of humans. Religion and Western Culture distort this greatly. Using codes and euphemisms even denial masks it presents the fact many people thrive within this often unrecognized subculture. For example, my wife had all the earmarks of a pleasure slave and was generally devoted and submissive to me. In times of marriage friction, I often heard the words from a counselor, "She just wants you to love her" "Love her" I thought I was and did now I know without a doubt I need to be a master, not some preconceived idea we are to live as equals.

Hello Friends,

I have been interested in dreams2 periodically for years, read books, kept a diary, and sought ways to stimulate and remember dreams. Mugwot, an herb used for many ailments, is also known for its influence on dreams.

Mugwort1 is a perennial plant that is native to Europe and parts of Asia and Africa. It now grows in many parts of the world, including North America. Historically, mugwort has been used in traditional systems of medicine in different parts of the world.

Other common things that help produce dreams: There are many foods and supplements that claim to promote dreams or help to remember dreams. I settled on just a few: Melatonin, Vitamin B6, and Mugwort tea, but it is so bitter I mix it with peppermint, tea. I am trying (new to me) tea: Traditional Medicinal Nighty Night, Organic Tea (Commercial brand).

I have no commercial interest in this tea, no stock, no seller or source. It is just one of several teas I have tried or plan to try.

a search with Google will direct you to many articles and books on dreaming and dreams, and that is excellent because what may work for me may not work for you. My goal is to achieve LUCID dreams but that is a challenge and I have only succeeded on  rare occasions I am not sure if any tea or supplement helped or it was a random event.

Happy Dreaming, Sweet Dreams

Andron Dom - Thanks, Flitter. eBay lucid dreaming used books for cheap, but mugwort grows wild all around our area. Don't buy it. Google the images and you will recognize the plant easily.

lambsone - My psychiatrist suggested that I take Melatonin to sleep better at night, however it gave me nightmares consistently. I had to stop using it and read books instead. They usually put me to sleep. . LOL

Andron Dom - Old Sherlock Holmes movies I have seen many times put me to sleep. If I wake in the middle I know exactly where the movie is.
