In a monogamous relationship

I am 76 years old and, for the last three years, have been the only caregiver for my wife, who has Alzheimer's /Dementia/Aphasia. I moved to PA to be close to our family, who told me they would help with my wife's care but have not. Therefore, I am a "Stranger in a Strange Land". 

The master course was a big eye-opener, and I immediately grasped its significance. My wife, as it turns out, was submissive and served me well for 39 years now. (Of course, her illness prevents and has prevented a physical relationship.) I regard myself as a novice with a lot to learn about BDSM.
