I am 78 years old and, for the last five years, have been the only caregiver for my wife, who has Alzheimer's /Dementia/Aphasia. I moved to PA to be close to our family, who told me they would help with my wife's care but have not. Therefore, I am a "Stranger in a Strange Land". I am my wife's nurse. I only need a friend for me.
