Hello Friends,
The last erogenous zone many of us explore is the anus and the area around it. There are legitimate concerns but several ways to minimize the risk of spreading urinary infecting bacteria and, in some cases, STDs like HIV. The viral aspect is best approached by testing and treating so it isn't contagious. A UTI is not a STD. We all have bacteria in our bodies, and spreading them to our urinary tracts or our lover's urinary tract routine hygiene is a good defense. A healthy (especially young) body can defeat a urinary tract infection independently, but why risk it if simple preparation substantially eliminates or reduces the threat?
Now, there are plenty of guides online to help you. Numerous sources have made several points. I will quote later and provide links. The Anus does not store feces. Simple cleansing with a mild soap will remove residue in and around the Anus. Yet activity in and around the Anus may produce some feces even if you take great care to wash up: accept that as a real possibility.
This applies to Condoms, gloves, and sex toys, too. Keep toilet wipes handy, just in case. Avoid complex products and anything rough that can damage the surface of the internal or external skin.
If you are planning Anul penetration with a penis or large toy, it would be helpful to use an Anul plug to loosen the opening to make things easier and more comfortable. Use a lube. Now, here are some links to gain more details.
