Going about things the wrong way?

I’ve always been one to need some sort of relationship or connection to progress to sex but is that really the way to go?

I have found that I have an exhibitionist side especially in this online world. I can get to that point easier than I thought. I am finding I’m more comfortable with the idea of casual type interactions but I’m still struggling with my ideas of being ‘easy’ or ‘loose’ and being judged for my desires. 

Is a more casual approach best and if that turns into more so be it? 
Or is more first the better approach?
