Questions and no answers

I miss talking to a person. Texting and chatting are fine but you miss out on so much. I know I’m showing my age, but how can you really get to know somebody with getting a read on their personality and sincerity. Take me for example, I use sarcasm all the time. How do you know I’m not a complete ‘Karen’ if you can’t hear it in my tone. 
Just rambling on a thought that has been on my mind for a few days.
