I’ve been eating better and working out on a schedule of weights and Pilates along with 2-miles a day.
It’s become a habit now,so it s becoming a habit of everyday.
I’ve been able to maintain my current weight and not have it creep back up. So far 15 pounds down and I still have a long way to go. So next 15 will be a victory
my legs and getting more solid which I love, I build leg muscles so easily. Now just have to work on the shoulders and arms to really balance myself out
I tried this suit on and I saw that I’m getting my curves back and that is a victory.
