I was sitting on the couch taking this selfie and saw my traps! I have definition again. oh I cant wait until the chest starts to define and then my shoulders, and of course my legs. I have been consistent with my work outs and it is finally showing. I lift between 20-30 min per day. Not full balls to the walls yet, just slow and steady to get back into the swing of things. I am more focused now, and able to really commit to getting back into heavy lifting.
