SchrodingersDinosaur(switch female) - That job wasn't where you were supposed to be then. Sometimes in the in between from here to better sucks though, wishing you luck and a speedy transition. And congrats with the published work, that is a good feeling! Catchy idea, a little edgy, but reading through the article I saw the point you made and found myself nodding along in agreement. Absolutely gorgeous pictures of you and your love together and the violet wand needlework video was interesting.

MissBonnie(dom female){oz} - oh no fair on the job :( I do hope its easy for you to find another close by and with ease. As hisgoodbunny said fingers crossed its a blessing in disguise, still sucks tho'. Love, love the article. congrats. Like Henna I found myself nodding as I read too, made me think about how I work. I've never combined needle play and wands...very interesting seeing the results. Four lines of text from you in this blog and I leave with more...:)

dollMaker(dom male) - Sorry to hear you lost your job, thats hard, been there. Nice article. A low powered solid state would be an ideal choice because it should not warm the needles enough to cause a heat problem, so the sensation from the hf is the focus. A BD10 mechanical to my mind would carry more risk as it could heat the needle up more quickly I feel.

MasterBear(other butch) - I worried about that. So I kept the contact time short. Thank you for the insight!

dollMaker(dom male) - I do think that prolonged use even with a solid state might cause an issue, but use time would be greater than with a BD10, which would warm the needle up fairly quickly.

MasterBear(other butch) - I was overall going for sensation. Not heat. I was concerned about burning her. Ill look into the BD 10!!! Thank you !

dollMaker(dom male) - A BD10 is much more powerful and would be less suitable, than the solid state. The thing is using HF onto metal, thin metal can heat it up. Many VW tutorials will mention this in regards to piercings, needles are I think thinner so I would stick with a solid state wand for that type of play. You want more power for other types of play then a BD10 could be a good option.
