There is this weird phenomenon that occurs when I use my phone camera with the flash as I snap a selfie. I have decided to call it the “Drunk” filter. Now when I am posing for the photo... my face appears completely normal. I become satisfied enough to press the button and then when I look at the results.... I am horrified... and perhaps slightly amused! I have added the pictures with what the shot looks like without the flash so you can compare. I find the bottom right to be the funniest!

poppy19(sub gender queer) - Lighting and angles are so finicky--the slightest change and I can look like a goblin (as opposed to my normal, huge-pored self). A long time ago, I vowed to only take photos in full, natural light and with a 3/4 profile, slight head tilt upwards. Otherwise... The Disaster Zone.

Finished(switch female) - I hate taking selfies just for this reason and a dozen others. But there are posts out there on the inter webs about angles, flashes and whatnot if you google them... I found a few about taking sexy selfies but they basically want you to contort yourself! Which I know sounds sexy in some situations but in a selfie? Not so much! Lol 😸😸
