Clamp
Gripping device that can be used to put pressure on suitable body sites, notably nipples (see nipple torture) but also noses, cunts, loose body skin and so on. Very often a pervertible of some sort.
I can stand a clamp for about 5 seconds... then it just feels like the pain is just unbearable...and this is on my nipples!
