I work out walk constantly and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I can firm up flabby skin short of surgery. I enjoy being naked for a mistress or Domme but want to look good especially when dressed in a skirt or panties or nude tied up on a bed. any ideas? I walk and do a lot of cardio but it seems I never will be a  skinny guy

Bianca15​(switch female) - Well, you lose weight in the kitchen. That's really the major thing, and in my experience, it's true (though I know that isn't easy, but seems like you've actually done very well in looking at your profile). It's hard to work off extra calories, because a higher level of activity increases your appetite (and the more you lose, the lower your metabolism). The other thing is do you lift at all (lol, do you even lift :D)? The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be. If you need a visual for that, look up how much food Dwayne Johnson eats every day. It won't solve an overeating problem, but it can make it a little easier. Congratulations on what you've lost, it's a huge accomplishment.

thinker​(switch male){no} - I actually don't have much of an appetite anymore and stay away from cards and whatnot. I do lift in the gym and I know that ahs to be a priority to tighten my skin. I do a lot of physical work too which helps. I will never be an Adonis not at my age but compared to where I wa s at am doing much better

Bianca15​(switch female) - I was thinking about this while getting ready to leave. I had a couple more thoughts. One is that since you mentioned that you don't have much appetite anymore, are you sure you're getting enough protein to build muscle? It might be worth looking into a protein supplement. Another thing that might help if you're not already doing it would be to track calories and macros, even for a short time so that you can figure out where you are. Also, I learned a lot about nutrition from the body builder forums. Just make sure to avoid the bro science and at least take note if a piece of advice is a n=1 type of thing.

Also, if you're really serious about it, a personal trainer might be able to find any holes in your training and diet. Probably not something you'd need to commit to long term in your situation, but it might help in the short term.

One last thing, if all of your cardio is long steady state, you might consider incorporating HIIT if it's safe for you to do so. Obviously, anything I've said would need to be ran by your doctor, I'm not sure how heart issues might affect it.

thinker​(switch male){no} - That is why I like grizzly bears. They are big and look like they are not very athletic but are a lot more athletic than you think. will have to check I trx.

thinker​(switch male){no} - yes would like to see about a personal trainer and am taking supplements. This is not quite on the subject but amore private desire to get in shape. I am a switch so would enjoy cross dressing in a skirt (pencil skirt)and blouse and be bound and gagged in it by a switch and struggle to get out of it then be caught and have to strip but that is in the future
