 Life has been fast paced for your sub sister over here. Got a promotion at work! I am the assistant General Manager of the hotel now. Lots of new responsibilities.   No matter what type of dynamic you have there is a need for structure. It defines us and controls chaos. It reminds us the is a hierarchy and succession.
