I pulled back the curtain on the darkness
Naked you stood before me
Every move carefully watched
As you blink in the light
Let your mind quieten and still
Leave the past in its box it’s not needed

Its time to emerge from your chrysalis
New beginnings stronger braver
Exciting exhilarating ecstatic
