Reflections in the dark mirror

We follow the same paths 

But use different roads ! 

We want the same things 

but from the other side of the mirror !

We fear the same things 

but that fear can pull us together !

We need each other 

but for different things !

We desire everything 

but want for little !

We look to the future 

but don’t know it’s shape !

We all have a past 

bit choose which parts define us ! 

We share a present 

but at what cost ! 

We are undefinable 

but allow ourselves to be defined 

What are we ? Dwellers of a dark mirror world, where things are not always what they appear to be! 
We didn’t choose these things they chose us! Made us perfectly imperfect!
