This workshop explores energy-based practices for intimacy and kink, welcoming both curious beginners and experienced participants without requiring belief in metaphysical ideas. It covers grounding and preparation, creating a safe space, recognizing energy blocks, chakra work, visualization, breath, sound, and rhythm, as well as directing energy into toys and using these practices for healing, emotional release, and nonsexual connection. Through practical demonstrations, participants will learn ways to deepen intimacy, strengthen connection with themselves and partners, and address skepticism with hesitant partners.
