There seems to be a bit of division of scientific advice but the consensus is that drinking piss is not good for you but it isn’t necessarily bad. I’d say it comes under the heading of acceptable risk and not something to be indulged in 24/7. Piss is one of my absolute favourite kinks so it’s a risk I’m happy to take.

i don't think there is a universal answer to your question? Generally speaking (and ideally?) urnine contains "waste" from that individuals body. The kidneys remove "waste," but also help maintain stuff like electrolytes, blood volume for blood pressure... again, in that persons body. For instance, people who have high blood glucose will end up with 'sugar' in their urine. So you'd be drinking what their body doesn't need/want. If they are taking medications, the body gets rid of those using the kidneys (NSAIDS are a common one).

Our body is going to respond to anothers urine according to its particular needs in order to maintain homeostasis. i think the simple answer is, it's not going to harm you if you are generally healthy and the urine you are drinking is from a generally healthy person, and if you don't drink copious amounts, your body will handle it okay.

Yes I have drank my ex Masters pee a few times. I felt it as a very intimate thing between M/s
I would not do it randomly and I did not do it often. For my 50th birthday I got a blumpkin ( now that’s gross)
