You know, most Brats have low self-esteem and poor self-body image, so this actually WOULD be torturous but in a healthy way. You could also require that they write on the mirror with a dry erase marker positive words about themselves and their body. Trust me, it's much harder than it seems and from the Dom's perspective, helps the submissive grow. |
