Looking for movies in the submissive man / dominant women vein but any will do.
Just watched S&M Sally and Bound and liked them both.
What movies twirl your whip?

I think "Secretary" (2002) is everybody's favorite M/f movie. Mine, anyway. Love the way Maggie Gyllenhaal says "Thank you, Daddy."

I would include Lina Wertmuller’s “Swept Away...” (1974). While it’s not intentionally a BDSM movie, it is most certainly all about power exchange and very erotic/primal. Not to mention the beautiful Sardinian scenery!

And here's another of my favorites: "The Piano Teacher" (2001); which might be the best S&M movie ever, because it's a serious art-house film that won a lot of awards and critical acclaim; and because it treats sadomasochism not as a titillating role-play adventure, but as a natural and wild and subtle and truly dramatic part of "real life" human relations.

The 1983 book of the same name that the movie was based on, written by the Austrian novelist and Nobel laureate Elfriede Jelinek, is also very good.

Thanks I just recently had the pleasure of watching "The Piano Teacher". I was so upset in the final scene when she stabbed herself so badly and just walked away.
It was fascinating and a well done movie. I will check out the book.

Oh, and one more: The Joseph Strick movie of James Joyce's "Ulysses," filmed in 1967, but censored and bowdlerized and banned for many years, in numerous countries, just as the novel had been decades earlier, because of the "scandalous" depiction of Leopold Bloom's sadomasochistic fantasies of his adventures in Nighttown.
