I'm guessing you mean up Chicago way? If so, there's probably about a million options. I live downstate and it is a completely different world, but one could probably find something over in St. Louis, Missouri. I never cared about the BDSM scene, munches, public play parties or whatever. I am a private person.
You say you are a beginner. I suggest rather than charging headlong into "the public scene", you take some time to READ quality materials about different BDSM lifestyles first. They can be found on the internet (and I'm not talking smut sites). Stuff I had in mind would be "taken in hand", "Christian Domestic Discipline (CDD)" or "Head-of-household (HOH) domination". There's a lot to learn just in those. From there you can pick and choose. |

If you still want local stuff you can Google local stuff or go on FET where they have s event page for local stuff. Most should be cancelled because of covid
