I'mME - Those are such lovely fur babies. Beautiful. There are no exact words that I could write to convey the relationship I have with my sweet girl. She is 12 lbs of scratch my belly Momma, I'm going to get that damn squirrel Momma, but he don't play fair, Momma I want to go inside, Momma I want come outside, Momma I will trade my lion baby for what you are snacking on, on and on.

Funny note:

My Choo is adopted (the love can not be compared) . When I brought her home, as with anything new, I o served her and how she interacted, normal things we do with anything new. Well I had noticed that she would disappear in the evenings. I'm a night person, worked at night a great deal of my life. I actually had a client that the hours would vary, sometimes day, night, or a combo, whenever they needed me. So when I could I started watching The Choo's habits in greater detail. God love her I could birthed this baby girl. So I figured out that she went and got in her bed at 9. So I'm thinking oh no is something wrong with her, sick, or what. I had a vet appointment coming up. My ex friend works (Ed?) At a rescue center which also has pt hours for shots, HW testing , getting you set up through them to be spade or neutered. Not altered, spade or neutered (sorry had to throw that in).
Well I was told that she had tested positive for heart worms. She was living on the street, scrapping for food, drinking out anything that would hold liquid. I know this bc she will still do it. And alcoholic drinks is not above her. She also will pick up anything and taste it ,every time she encounters it if it's still there. Like a rock in the yard. Lol . 🤣😂
So we go to the vet, he sits in the floor with her, and we talk, he double checks the HW test. The ex friend had given me some liquid ivermectin left over. He prescribed antibiotics and 6 months later she was testing negative.

I'm sorry , memory lane, we became family in 2015. I almost forgot to ask him about her going to bed at 9 but asked on the way out the door. He laughed, not sure if it was bc of how serious I was, the way I described it in detail, or what, but he said if nothing else popped up that perhaps she was born an old soul or just on her own schedule. That has popped back up several times in my memory (lessons to be learned) and YES she still goes to bed at 9pm.
If I'm up doing, she will try to keep up with me, but really she is angling for a belly scratch!!!!!!
