A general pondering.
4 years ago. May 22, 2019 at 9:12 PM

im considering creating a routine myself, but i could do with some advice

for a while now i don't eat as i don't realise im hungry but then it takes about two hours to decide what to cook ...eyeroll...

This sort if goes for a few things at the moment and i seem to be very indecisive so im thinking if i make my own routine it might help.

some advice would be appreciated thanks.

Morley(sub female){Max Sterne} - I believe there are some really good apps (free even) to keep a schedule/routine for you and send you reminders and keep you accountable. You can out in meals, workouts, sleep, social time, work etc.... I don't know one off the top of my head at the moment... But if I come across one, I will be sure to send you a link. This is a great idea for you right now ❤️💋❤️

rosethorn(sub female) - Thanks, that will help with the food thing, i just don't get hungry. I feel faint instead and then its not a good idea to cook because i feel faint

Morley(sub female){Max Sterne} - Also be sure to have a supplement always on hand. Here (in Canada) they are called "Boost" or "Ensure" they are drinks (https://ensure.ca/en) lots of vitamins and stuff, usually for elders that can't eat... But they are good for someone like you who "forgets". Make sure you get your nutrients. ❤️❤️❤️

HGB(sub female){Scottish M} - You should eat before you feel hungry or faint. Set up the timers, it will take time for it to become routine without reminders. Keep small snacks that can be kept on the counter for if you do forget and feel faint. Just try not to get to that point.

HGB(sub female){Scottish M} - I didn't take care of myself for most of 15 years. I just learned to eat breakfast last summer. I have oatmeal every morning. Every day. Yes sounds redundant but it works for me. I also have the protein shakes around because with my schedule I cant always tell when I can even get to the store. It's just remembering and setting reminders to eat shortly after getting up, eat a small lunch and dinner. Cheese cubed up is a great snack, so are the veggies, carrots, celery, broccoli, a spoon of peanut butter or any other nut butter, sun butter is great too its made with sunflower seeds. My go to a lot of times is a generic quesadilla just a tortilla with very little butter on it butter down in skillet cheese of choice another tortilla very little butter again butter up. flip can't get much more simple that that and its not junk or sugar. You need to learn to give yourself a break. You keep beating yourself up of this stuff and your young. I'm old enough to be your mother and I'm just learning a lot of this stuff. The sooner you learn the better off you will be. Definitely don't stop asking people for advice. It's how one learns. You know my mailbox is always open to you.

Justme26 - Is this caused by a health condition or. . . not? I have more or less the same problem but caused by a chronic health condition (well, more than one).
