I have a English lavender 'Hidcote Giant' (Lavandula angustifolia 'Hidcote Giant'), that blossoms spring through the fall. It draws humming birds and bees. I cut it back in winter and it just goes wild early spring covering half my deck and up to 4 feet tall. I just let it do what it wants to do. It's fun to watch all the critters enjoying it.

I just loved ?? reading this. Learned about the wooden spoon. Thank you so much for an informative read tonight best wishes for many bee flower kisses. I have read they fall asleep in flowers sometimes & then you just see their bee butts sticking out lol
