I came across this in my FB Feed from a "What Is It" group. Amazingly several people said it was a CBT device. Only one person thought it was a nipple clamp. Apparently there are a lot of dirty minds out there in the Vanilla world.

This is actually what it is: a lady's glove clip. It's a vintage item that lady's would attach to their purse via the chain and then clamp their gloves to it so they wouldn't lose them.
