After a very lovely solo vacation in Ohio i am back in New Jersey.
Flying is a scary experience for me, but for my particular trip, fully preferable to driving it.
i quit smoking while i was on vacation, i need to air out and scrub all the smoke smell out of the areas of the house it has drifted. (my partner still smokes, so i have it sequestered to one room)
i want to continue the good habits that i started on vacation, and that is not easy. i have a lot of work to do.
i have a goal for once. December 1st. i wanna drop several (realistic) dress sizes for my daughter's wedding in mid December.
i am clueless!!!!!!! But, i have determination and a clear end point, so hopefully i can rely on my support system to help me along the way. <3
