Andron - In reality, they can be treated as one city geographically, like Minneapolis and St Paul.

lambsone - I was shocked when I learned for the first time that there are Clevelands in other states besides Ohio.

Heero​(dom male) - KC, Missouri and KC, Kansas are actually two different cities--but they are NEIGHBORING cities. They're like 3 miles apart. They're still pretty local to each other.

It would be funny if they both lived on "Main Street" or something. A lot of cities also have many of the same street names.

Another thing I learned recently while traveling through New England, is that there are many cities called Salem. And they're farther apart that the Kansas Cities.
