Lit By Kit​(sub female) - Thats the point of the challenge. Every day we find it easy to look at our shortcomings and even label our flaws. One of the hardest questions an interviewer asks is "why should we hire you" and the same goes for a potential mate.

Because we were brought up in a world that told us it was wrong to brag about ourselves so we avoid it. Being critical of ourselves is what we are taught whether we noticed it or not.

We could all do with some self reflection.

Irish123​(dom male) - I agree, my therapist gets on me about my self deprecating humor and lack of self worth. She says in every joke at my own expense is a bit of truth
