You have the occassional muttering something here and there, all the way up to the full-blown conversationalists, like one of my ex's from years ago - She would talk to herself more than she talked to me, lol
Unnerving at first, but it became cute ?
So anyway, something is going on on the tv and you blurt out "oh thats bullshit!" , right?
Who are you talking to?
Not all of your thoughts are spoken outloud - my god, they'd lock up the whole world if that were the case - but the more important thoughts are spoken outloud - why? And again, to who?
There is power in the spoken word, I truly believe that.
There are a plethora (I like that word too ?) of studies, and teachings, and books, etc - on positive affirmations, and the like - using the spoken word to calm the unspoken inner mind.
Ok, now - hear me out ☝️ (pun intended)
Suppose . . . Just suppose - the two talked to each other? ?
