Ive had my share of dealings with this subject over the years, ranging from "oops, I guess its started" to "call a priest!" Full blown head spinning 360° and curses ive never even heard of before.
Its a fact of life. Gotta deal with it, right?

I try and always keep tabs on my girls' cycle. For obvious health reasons, and the almighty mood swings! ??
A simple word of advice to younger men entering into the arena of big bad "I got this!" Doms - keep your womans cycle in the foreground of your mind - be aware, be a part, be involved. ?
