Most of us didn't grow up surrounded by positive representations of kink or alternative sexuality.  And it hasn't helped that pop culture has often depicted BDSM as the realm of so called weirdos or even predators.

So it's no surprise that many of us have feelings of guilt and shame when we think about our kinks! It can be hard to overcome these feelings, especially if we've experienced decades of negative feedback. But we do have some suggestions that can help.

A few days ago we introduced THE CAGE Locktober Challenge.
