Slept all day today. It happens sometimes, I am not even sure how I got from my bed to my sofer. I just woke up and it was semy dark (dusk) and I was lying on the sofer, and I was very confused for a bit, but then I felt quite good because I had got more than two houers sleep for the first time in about four days. I was getting muscle spasms (Actuly I get them quite a lot, but these were worse). Probobly I should see a doctor but to do that I have to be up at 8. 00 in the morning to make the appointment, and then I have to stay awaik to keep the appointment, and then docters are fucking usless. (If you are a GP, remember that I am in the UK. If you are a GP in the UK then. . . Well, I stand by every word).
