Heero​(dom male) - In my opinion this can apply to almost anything. Too much of virtually anything isn't a good thing. Some sort of moderation is key. So, my answer would be "yes" as well. Almost but default.

ButterfliesAndCuffs​(sub female) - When I think of being “too submissive”, I think of those submit too quickly, those that haven’t discovered and expressed their limits and boundaries with their Dom, or those that believe the dynamic cannot be renegotiated (or ended) by the submissive ever.
This is of course just my opinion. What others do in their lives is their business.

TreasureMe​(sub female){Belonging} -  I personally feel that the way its worded, automatically puts a negative connotation to it. But if someone is feeling really submissive, or more submissive than normal, that can simply just equate to safety. If I feel really safe with a Dominant, its easier for me to lean deeper into that part of myself because I know He'll catch me, protect me, keep me safe. So my final answer would be that it's all a matter of perspective. The level of submissiveness isn't a bad thing, it's what you and others do with and about it that makes all the difference.
