Being a Dom is one of the greatest opportunity in the world, to have a submissive and watch them flourish through all the stages of their development. To stop and reflect on the dynamic,you can remember the wonderful times you have and are having, but always thinking that the greatest gift a submissive gives you is their selves.  FD

When one as a skill,

They should use it.

When one has an ability,

They have a responsibility to use it.

When one has might,

They must control it,

I spoke to a friend yesterday here husband was working abroad at the start of the pandemic, he never got home before the lock down, 5 months since she has last seen him - they only have been married 12 months.

People are suffering, people are dying, people are grieving, but unable to pay their last respects.

Violence erupts over the senseless death of a man worldwide.

People look to gain political points based on criticism. 

We are in such a delicate balance at the moment.

I have seen some of the worst humanity has to offer, I have witnesses institutionalised racism.

All I ask is why, why does a death or crisis need to happen before peoples voices are heard.

Why is is that Politicians want to score points by attacking each other rather than seeking a uniformed response today's problems.

Yes I agree that #blacklivesmatters but I also believe #alllivesmatter.

We all have a responsibility to be actively anti racist.

But this conversation has been going on for some many years, will I ever see it change?

As I go for my daily walks I think, what if this, what if that.

I smile at people and say good morning - even if they do now meet my eye contact, and I realise that those what if's brought me to today. Yes I could have become a professional sports person, yes I could have done this and that, yes I have made big mistakes - but it all seems like it has directed me to this point in time where my journey with some one who lights my heart begins. If the what if's had come true I would not be here feeling what I do today.

Maybe, just maybe, one of those smiles I past on to people lodged home and they went on their way in a more positive frame of mind. So peoples pass those smiles, (maintaining social distancing), see if you can make a difference today.

How ever much I see do and experience there is always more.

I have seen the sights, blown my mind with new experiences. Grabbed them with both hands, wringing every reluctant drop from them.

I have also seen the the dregs, looking dry mouthed in disillusionment, dry as dust. The wind of loneliness blowing in my eyes, painful the way is blurred.

And yet along the journey I have a light, I find the love I've searched for, the anchors of doubt as cast aside, I am held in love and not slavery. 

I see you and realises the end is now the beginning.

For me yesterday was an emotional day, need, want, anticipation, fear, love, warmth, delight, regret and love - all rolled into one but I had a lighthouse someone who spoke to me soothed me proud that I can call them my lighthouse,my submissive - this brought up a memory of a special song by Rend Collective it is a worship song but the words spoke to me yesterday again - I confess I have changed one word to bring into a different context and have not used the whole song
