I remembered hearing the story of Creation, and one thing that stood out to me was that Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, naked and unashamed.
That stuck with me through the years as it became an unspoken goal. I know very few women, especially, but I suppose men feel similarly (correct me, if I'm wrong, please) who are totally comfortable with their body.
This is a gift my time in the BDSM community has helped to change. None of us are perfect, and even those darn close to perfect body, most assuredly lack in another area.
It it part of the maturing process, it seems, to find your identity and explore it to make the most of every living day.
