Back at work Ggrrrr :D

So back at work after my nice little long weekend, Flew by so quickly GGrrrrrrrrrrrr 😄 And I`m doing the exact same thing i have done for the past few days only i have my laptop with me lol Sat up all night played on my switch, watched some TV no comfy bed though lol

So anyways still feeling good and positive 😄 Longest I have felt this good In a long time, Other than the awful noodles i just ate making me feel Ugh of course. Eating all the bad for me crappy foods i have in the house right now cos once they are gone no more crappy foods i should not be eating. And as when i quit smoking If i have none to hand i wont be able to have one and the same will apply for the food too 😄 So fingers crossed i last more than a week :D

So yeah still super positive not much else to say really just a quick update for myself, I wanna read these back in a years time and still be feeling the same way or better :)

HGB(sub female){Scottish M} - I decided earlier to make another vision board. Loosing weight is going to be on it do that would include eating healthier. Hopefully we can both look back and see progress.

Darrell(dom male) - Sounds like a plan to me :) Defo need to eat healthier so cant hurt either of us thats for sure. Fingers crossed we both do well. I will struggle like me coke way too much, I can smell it through the bottle`s i swear lol

Satindragon - Good luck to o you both. The key is to find something you can stick with. I can’t do the 20 carb thing so I modified it for me. I do no more than 75. That is still a huge cut. I try to stay carb friendly and allow myself one cheat day.

Just throwing some ideas your way. I look forward to following your progress.

Darrell(dom male) - Thanks for the support, I dont really eat many carbs to be fair on a day to day basis, It`s the sugar that`s my problem lol Even more so being Diabetic so yeah needs must and all that. I may die lol
