Interesting perspective. I would find the internet a very empty and lonely place if I shared it. I would rather make the spaces enjoyable than turn a blind eye.

Choking in this case is a bit of a misnomer to be fair. You risk drowning yourself on your own saliva and juice etc. Also, the seeds and pulp/chunks are a lodging in the windpipe hazard.
