Assaf, it looks like the logouts occur when the IP address changes. It stays logged in when I am at home but whenever I leave my wifi network (and switch to LTE) I need to log in again.

Website, I haven't really used chat. As long as I don't close the page the iPhone 5 stays logged in, the 7+ times out and requires logging back in.
