Interesting question......Well, when I started out online back in the day, I used a nickname that I "earned" in the military, but it is a bit too "wild" for my Dom persona! lol Just suffice to say that it encompassed the word Madman, a nickname I earned by always volunteering to be the first one out of the door of the airplane when we jumped!! I am fairly sure most subbies wouldn't want to "trust" a Dom named Madman anything. icon_wink.gif

So I looked for a name I could use for my Dom profiles, I kept it simple and went with my D/s name which is Master Dick (which itself is a double entendre). However, I didn't really like throwing that one out, as some websites flag "dick" as being pornographic, even though it IS a nickname for Richard. So back to the drawing board. I always liked a song from my youth called Dream Weaver by Gary Wright. So from that I came up with Soulweaver, since it encompassed that song and the essence of what I do as it relates to D/s. It also had the added benefit of being available on many of the sites I would use a nick for, as well as being "original." So for 20+ years, it's been Soulweaver. Thanks for bearing with my long winded explanation. lol

Mad Hatter

The name was carefully chosen, i have my share of issues mentally. Ocd, bi polar, manic depressive and possibly others.

That said, depending on outside stimuli im exposed to my personality can be mean and cold, soft and playful, vindictive and teasing, mischievous and lite hearted or any combination of half a dozen more.

Just like the rules of wonderland
Nothing is what it is and everything is what it isnt.

You don't know what you get with me until you get it.

Mine’s pretty self-explanatory... I’m a nerdy guy, and I’m not small. Lol I don’t really have any go-to nicknames, and I didn’t want to pick anything particularly identifying since I mostly just wanted to see if this was the kind of community I should be in, and whether I’d have any better luck here than the typical “vanilla” dating sites.

I chose my name after the Oscar Wilde character from the book 'The Picture of Dorian Gray', not Christian Grey from the 50 Shades book.

I added the UK on the end because at the time I found someone else was also using it. It hard to be original.

I chose it because, I tend to think of myself as being a hedonist like the character, but given what happens to him it reminds me to do so ethically. As they say too much of anything can be bad for you.

I picked mine since I’m Native American .. and eagle feathers are a big part of the culture.

My life style name is Sky, there is a song I liked that has “sky king” in it so when I first got online back in the 90s. I used Sky as my first name and King as my last name when filling in personal info .. for my email, msn and yahoo chats, kik, etc so it’s just stuck.

I chose mine basically because when I was little, princess was my nickname from my dad. I always had a little bit of that attitude and sass, as I am told by others. I originally wanted mine to be LittlePrincess, but the site said that was taken. Or maybe it was the email that I had to make for this site? Either way it then became TheLittlePrincess. I liked it. As if 'the' made it stand out somehow. I wasn't just any princess. I was THE princess. It fits well with my attitude and personality I think. It really works now though, because somewhat recently I have come to realize I am a Little. Funny how that works.

Well...first of all, on every site you need to have screen/nick/username and a password. Afther a certain time it simply annoys. Well...always had a fetish for (black) leather/latex...for some weird reason it gives me a certain thrill...or its an indication about someone's fetish /charackter/attitude or preference. Something whats hidden behind the mask everyone's wears. Besides...only nudity never attracted me...but black leather/latex...works for me like a.... "snap with the finger" ....get me the right mindset.

My screen name here, shockingly, is the one I was gifted at birth. Being one of the early users, it was actually available, so I took it. That, and I don't give a tinker's fuck who knows who I am, which is evidenced by my usual screen name, which is what I use EVERYWHERE ELSE, including Twitter, Instagram, Twitch, Steam, Fetlife, and my using it as my domain name for my non kink related pseudo-business website that includes my phone number, which, these days, feels more personal than your street address. The name came about from hours of my pondering exactly what I wanted for a domain name, based on my content as a digital artist. There is no deep or spiritual meaning. I came up with a bunch of nouns and adjectives and threw them at dotster until it said one combination was available.

For character names in games I usually use Alexis, or a permutation thereof, because it somehow sounds like a dangerous, sexy, black leather, ass kicking sort of name to me. It I had to use a kink pseudonym, that would be it.

So very many years ago I was a nameless individual finding My way in the pre-Net world of kink.

I was lucky enough to meet a deep-feeling submissive who had a nasty habit of thinking too much about anything and everything, so much so that she was nearly paralysed with indecision. I found a liking to assign little Tasks to keep My girl's focus as she went about her day's activities.

After a particularly gruelling set of Tasks she blurted out that I had become her TaskMaster. I've proudly kept the nic ever since.

My name Sunnygirlred
Sunny-it has to do with my actual first name(my name is not sunny)
Girl-I am a girl/female (you get the point)
Red- when I think of red I think of passion and I am a very passionate person

But I have a lot of nicknames from my Daddy like princess, little one, little mama, sexy chocolate Bunnie, etc
