It may be pretty drastic, but there are prescription medications that will help with premature ejaculation. "SSRI"s (a type of anti-depressant) are notorious for delayed orgasms as a side effect. However, they can also diminish the sex drive as well and should not be used lightly. As mentioned, they are prescription medications and should only be used under the supervision of your Physician.

Learn when you are approaching the "point of no return" and stop whatever stimulation you're receiving. If having sex, pull out and give attention to your girl's breasts in a way she enjoys. Go down on her for a few moments, fingering her to keep her at high arousal while you yourself "calm down." This will also serve to make the overall experience last longer. There's no hurry at all. If she asks why you sometimes pull out and do other things, be honest. Tell her "Your body feels so good to me I have to distract myself with something else for a bit to keep from cumming too soon." She will take it as a compliment.

ok...listen man...i have your back. Im going to tell you how I was able to fuck for over 2 hours (not including foreplay), and go multiple rounds with multiple women the same day. This combination is going to allow you to fuck when you want as long as you want and also add some temporary size gains, especially girth (over time i have had some permanent gains). So since it says "no commercial posts" I won't directly link any recommendations but I can link the places I bought them in a message, plus I don't get sponsored by them anyway. There's nothing in it for me except to help others where i found help.

1. BathMate. It's the waterbased one (google it) Its a decent investment but It puts permanent erection quality through the roof, adds INSANE temporary girth and very good long time improvements in girth. I even do kegels with it on. Her vaginal walls will fit like a snug glove. Shes gonna lose her shit.

2. Kegels (google them super simple) As was mentioned already, you need a strong PC muscle, which is the one that controls the flow when you pee and erectile quality.

3. Tadalafil (active ingredient in cialis) in liquid form. Very fairly priced, easy to acquire, no prescription. If you're not aware cialis is like a better long lasting viagra.

4. cock rings(silicon are best )but if you have have a weak/untrained PC muscle I warn against having an orgasm while wearing one. They are definitely good to casually wear to train your body to accept additional penile bloodflow. You can also wear them while doing kegels.

5. Cabergoline. The MOST important one...maybe something you haven't heard of. Its used by bodybuilders usually, to block something called prolactin. When you have an orgasm and you're exhausted...that's prolactin, so with cabergoline you cum and and literally less than 45 seconds you're fucking again. It also substantially delays orgasm and maintains equal sensitivity. So basically, you'll fuck forever, cum immediately change the condom and fuck some more,

Your odds of giving an orgasm are WAY higher. Either way, your women will LOVE you. careful though, all jokes aside you might acquire a few stalkers. I very serious.
You do need to ensure good physical conditioning. The only way a penis lasts an hour or more is if the rest of the body lasts equal amounts of time. Anyway hope that helps, it took me 5 years to figure all this out and test it

MissBonnie you are Brilliant, love this and yes many Men have this problem. I have no idea if this even works but I had accidentally picked up a book at the Library Years ago. It said to start with a dish towel and hang over yourself while hard and make yourself jump as much as you can stand an exercise. Then go from dish towel to wet dish towel to towel and etc. Its supposed to prolong. Many thanks. Wish I could get certain people to try and to play but instead I’m here and loving this. Be Proud, it takes guts to get on here and try.

Some of the advice you're getting here is good.
- Masturbating beforehand is simple and effective.
- Practicing edging is super effective if you do it consistently.
- Changing your technique so that you do more varied things during sex instead of just pumping away until you cum is key, and also makes your sex more interesting.

You're also getting some bad advice.
- SSRIs should be an absolute last resort. Practice with edging and changing your technique will almost certainly work better. No need to go fucking with your brain chemistry.
- Desensitizing junk is a poor option. It doesn't work as well as the "good advice" methods above, and you have to be super careful not to get any on your partner's sexy bits or it does more harm than good.

What I want to add to the good advice already given is: learn what's realistic to expect.

When you say that you have a terrible time lasting for a long time, what do you mean by "a long time?" Porn and locker room exaggerations give many people the impression that sex is supposed to involve hours and hours of jackhammering a penis into various orifices, but in reality that isn't want most people do--or what most people want.

Scientists (who have a really fun job) have measured the average time between sticking a penis into a vagina and ejaculation at around 3 - 5 minutes of "vigorous thrusting." And, on the other end of the jackhammer, a majority of people do not orgasm from penetration alone and don't really enjoy extended pounding. Some do, of course, but skilled attention to the clitoris or cock is far more important to far more people.

So if you're thinking that you can't last "a long time" because you tend to ejaculate ten seconds after putting your penis in a hole, then definitely try the edging practice and the pre-masturbation. But if you think you have a problem because you cum after thrusting for a few minutes... that's actually how sex works for most people.

Bad advice? With all due respect, MR Fulmen, perhaps you overlooked my comments about this being "drastic", "should not be used lightly", and "should only be used under the supervision of your Physician". That pretty clearly declares 'last resort', as the aforementioned supervising Physician would emphasize.

SSRIs are a widely accepted ‘off label’ treatment for PE in the medical community. I know that you have the best interests of the original poster in mind, but maybe you should take a closer look at the posts before you cast aspersions on other member’s advice.

Cabergoline is used in human medicine as a remedy for Parkinson's disease, for weaning and for galactorrhea or prolactin excess... Have fun with the side effect. Read about it...

If lasting longer is what you want to focus on, I'd recommend the good old cock ring.

In general - and as a woman - I think that men put too much emphasis on their performance or possible lack thereof.
It takes more than the fact how long the erection and penetration lasts to make sex great. Focus more on other
aspects to enjoy your partner and just relax.

Edging is a good thing to practice, or even when masturbating just take your time with it a little bit more. Often guys go right for the touchdown. If you start fast, learn to appreciate the slow burn for yourself a bit. Slow down. Focus on your breathing.
