Like a lot of people here already pointed out, these are the ones who think because lifestyle involves sex *sometimes* that it's a great place to get laid whilst being an asshat. They think things operate like they do in porn. They show up with a pizza, have kinky sex with some women, and leave...until next time.

And yes, those are likely the ones reaching out from deep within their horny fantasy world.

i appreciate your perspective here. It seems to me, the majority online are "drunken, rude, poorly behaved children...." Online is a whole different world where face to face norms often do not apply. For instance, prior to online did you ever hear of "ghosting?" Now it's a common phenomenon.

In some ways it seems that technological advances like online have regressed social interaction back to the cave era. It's so much easier to get away with stuff online that many would never even attempt (if not drunk) irl. (lol, there's another term: "irl," who used that phrase prior to online interaction?).

To the OP. i'd encourage you to hang out, stick around. i've been here several years and find there's always a great core group of sober, mature folk around to interact with. i will say, they do not represent the majority from what i read. One thing i have noticed is those who substantially participate in the blogs and forum are usually less prone to 'drunken,' slovenly behavior. Oh sure, we have our occasional town drunk, but even they seem more transient. Most of my encounters with the crazies have been through direct messaging, they do not seem to participate in the forums or blogs.

Hi,
I get frustrated myself. I'm not a person who puts on faces. What you encounter here is what one encounter if the met me in person. Honest all the way. People say they want honesty, yes, yes. But that's far from true.
I'm very up front, in reality I don't say half of what I think. Some, not all, is not meant for someone else to know or else I have not met them yet.

Oops, I was headed down a side road, lol. I'll stop now.
