Scams

AlphaByDesign(dom male) • Oct 6, 2024
I was curious if anyone has ever talked to a potential submissive, on here or other sites, where they said they were being trained by a mistress and they could come serve immediately if they paid a certain amount of money to said mistress. I am well aware that this is a scam and probably is illegal in some regards.

My question is how have you responded to these types of scenarios and or have you ever actually experienced someone in these circumstances that was real. I’ve done this a long time and I’ve never heard of one of these situations being legit.

I did, as I often do to known scams either "dating" related or other shit.. I string them along to waste their time. They hate that.

--------------------------------------------------------

One person selling another person for companionship and more-- is human trafficking and is very illegal.

Chances are they're not actually doing that, but collecting funds on the illusion they generate. They prey on those who think they're too old or homely to find and start a relationship with someone on their own merits.

--------------------------------------------------------

The only "legit" commercial datings scenario are the matchmaker services, but they're up-front about what the deal involves-- vetting both sides of the coin and generating potential matches based on all kinds of shit like personality tests and now probably using A I A new twist on the decades old and storied "Data Mate" .

dollmaker is 100% right!

its a scam. Report it wherever you are. More so if it's here.
So many sites are being overrun by scams making it impossible to tell the real players from the fakes. Leaving it others to report is never a good idea. just because you didn't fall for it, doesnt mean others won't. We all need to self monitor the sites we are on and protect our own. So many newbies fall victim to these scams (and "covert" play to play*) and it can be easily avoided by hitting a report button.

the cage does a great job at weeding out scammers/solicitors but they also need help in keep us all safe from it. Help protect the communities you are apart of.

It's a huge help to the community when you use our confidential reporting system to bring any issues to our attention. If you can include a screenshot or chat log, that's even better!

We also have a fantastic article in our Magazine, How to Find a Mistress (https://thecage.co/magazine,166.html), which offers valuable tips on avoiding scams like fees, subscriptions, and tributes. It's a great read, not just for submissives seeking a female dominant—scammers can come in all forms and target anyone.

Back in the early days of the internet it was always there. So many would tell a sub/slave to send them money as a gift of love or some BS like that. Then lets be honest the so called subs did it to. I did have a friend ask me about it once some woman had send him piuctures and wanted money to send him more. Took about three days to find the pictures and who she was. Turned out it was a guy using his daughters picture to scam guys.
