I don't partake but do find interest in those that do. What methods to you like to employ and enjoy (maybe it will get others talking or interested)

I have done some experimenting. My body at times craves certain things, mostly when I'm horny.

I tried tummy punching. It hurts. Probably won't do that again. But I do enjoy pushing down on my tummy in various places. I've tried restrictions of scarves around my neck to feel as though I'm being choked (don't worry I didn't cut off any air, just tight enough to feel the pressure.)

I've tied myself to the bed and imagined being whipped or "taken" against my will. Oddly many of my experiments happened well before I knew what bdsm was.

But I've also had recent thoughts of wearing clips on my tits, labia lips, self bondage, self flogging or slapping, etc. And establishing a disciplined daily routine of it since I have no dominant.

So yes at times I do crave things done to me and doing them to myself is almost sweeter than having a dominant do them because I can control the scenario and know what's coming next. It's almost akin to masterbating.

I whip myself as often as Daddy will allow. I use a 7 tailed whip I made from electric cords, and a little leather strap most often. Sometimes it’s a plastic coat hanger which leaves interesting marks, and I use rubber bands.

I do stress tests on my newly made floggers to see if the falls will fall out or not. Does that count?

This is an interest for me. As with anything, I don’t know why. Somehow I find it “recalibrates” me. But I’m a little weird with it lol… or sentimental or something? It’s very personal to me and actually not something I share about often. I also keep it just for myself as a personal practice.

Although I don’t follow any particular religious beliefs, this did take me down a path of curiosity around Opus Dei, because self flagellation is a part of their beliefs. I don’t know what I was seeking, but knew it was deeper than “I just want to hurt myself.”

In a way it led to developing a more “spiritual” connection to the idea (for some reason I went through a stage of “realising” that our suffering comes from our inability to accept suffering as a natural process of life) and I decided that I wanted to use the same tools they do/did.

So I bought a metal cilice and it became a central part of my collection of goodies. I’ve wanted a rope knotted self flagellation flogger for quite some time, but haven’t yet gotten one. Partly because I’m still a little unsure of where that might take me.

Here’s the catch… I don’t consider myself to be a masochist. Personally it’s not about the pain. It’s more like a sense of discipline (not to be confused with “punishment”).

I also find it interesting. I think if I did partake physically, I would find a great deal of help from it. Instead of the mental torture I put myself through. As Bunnie says further down, for her it's more discipline than punishment. I should look more into the physical as this mentally, isn't flagellation, more torture
