So the past 2 months I have been going nonstop.
Survey... DHS, DOJ, FEDS... all for inspection
Then we went into a major hiring and my job is all about training everyone so 30 some odd employees later all done with I-9s and paperwork are finally on the floor. Mind you each person takes 8-16 hours to train with me depending on their license.
Things are finally slowing down. So I sit here at my desk today after some amazing conversations and realize holy hell I have down time.
Im lost! It feels good to be down to my last 4 new hires but at the same time I've been running on borrowed time and now I have nothing but time.
My days have gone fairly quick the past 2 days as I said before amazing conversations but right now I am missing that. I dont know how to shut it off and relax
Guess i will work on my reading.....
Or an idea that's brewing.....
